The Better Business Bureau of Greater Kansas City is looking for a Complaint Specialist to join the BBB team.
- Answering phones
- Reading reports to consumers
- Complaint handling
- Consulting with consumers
- Explain BBB procedures to business and consumers
- Work at trade shows twice a year
- Work at annual BBB golf tournament
- Investigate fraud and scams
- Need to have proper language skills on the phone
- A neat and professional appearance
- Be familiar with keyboard and computer
- should have good phone etiquette
The BBB is offering employment for a full time position, 35 hours.
The office hours are 8:30 am to 4:40 pm. Monday though Friday
